2. Visit the website
When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested resource and technical browser information. The processing serves the secure provision and error analysis of the website.
3. Fonts

4. Location and maps
If you use a location function in the app, the location will only be used for the desired map and airspace check. You can change location sharing at any time in your device's system settings.
5. Device Registration
A technical device identifier can be registered for certain app functions. It is used to assign the app client and to secure communication, not to create a movement profile.
6. No access to private content
DroneMeld does not access contacts, photos, camera, microphone or biometric data unless you specifically enable these functions for another clearly described function.
7. Public aviation data
The app processes public information about airspace and geographical areas, including from official map and WMS sources such as the dipul offering. Public geospatial data is stored and updated for location verification.
8. Recipients and service providers
Technical service providers may receive data as necessary for hosting, operations, security or support. It will not be passed on for advertising purposes.
9. Storage period
Technical server logs are retained only as long as necessary for operations, security and legal obligations. App and support data will be deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies and there is no obligation to retain it.
10. Your rights
Within the framework of the legal requirements, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
11. Deletion
If you would like to have your app or support data deleted, send us a request via TicketMeld. We check the request and delete the data unless there are legal reasons against doing so.
12. Automated decisions
DroneMeld does not make legally binding automated decisions about you. A displayed flight status is a technical guide and not an official approval.
13. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. However, transmission over the Internet can never be completely risk-free.
14. Changes
We may adapt this data protection declaration if functions, legal situation or technical processes change. The current version will be published on this website.
